How does household sharing work?
Everkin households let everyone see the same pets, health data, and vet records in real time. Creating a household and inviting members is an Everkin+ feature - the organizer pays, but anyone can join for free using an invite code. Caregiver access lets you grant temporary access to pet sitters and dog walkers with customizable permissions and automatic expiration. Everyone stays informed without the group text.
Can my family share an account?
Everkin supports two ways to share. Apple Family Sharing lets up to 6 Apple IDs share one Everkin+ subscription. Separately, Everkin households let any number of members collaborate on pet records - joining a household is free, but creating one and inviting members requires Everkin+. Each member's feature access is based on their own subscription status.
Can I export my data?
You can export your pet health history as a CSV file anytime - your data is always yours. Everkin+ members can also generate formatted PDF summaries that are perfect for sharing with your vet. Whether you're backing up data or preparing for an appointment, Everkin makes it easy.
Can I share data with my veterinarian?
Yes! The PDF summary feature is designed specifically for this purpose. With one tap, you can generate a comprehensive medical summary that includes weight history, symptom logs, medications, and recent vet visits. You can share this directly with your vet via email or print it out for your appointment.
What platforms is Everkin available on?
Everkin is available now on iPhone and requires iOS 18 or later. iPad and Android versions are coming soon, with web planned for later in 2026. Because Everkin uses a cloud-synced architecture, your pet health data is designed to sync across every platform as new versions launch.
